Refund policy

Returns will be issued for store credit only.

While we hope you love your Kennedi James items, we understand that there are cases you may need to return items.

Please note that there are no returns on clearance or sale items, jewelry or accessories.

Returns are accepted and must be postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in their original condition - free of any defects. Shipping cost to return any item is the responsibility of the customer.
